How Much is Too Much?
Moderation is key. A 10 year study completed at The Centre for Cardiovascular Lifestyle Medicine at Winthrop-University Hospital in Mineola, N. shows that people with preexisting heart conditions who exercised 2-4 times a week reaped the most benefits out of their exercise routine. Those who exceeded this amount was 2x as likely to die of a heart attack. Those who exercised less frequently were 2x as likely to die of a heart attack and 4x as likely to die of a stroke.
SIGNS THAT YOU ARE OVERDOING IT
